Run the business side of your clinic on one AI platform.
Chair scheduling, patient balances, treatment quotes, revenue by treatment, invoicing and VAT — in one place, instead of a diary, three spreadsheets and a separate accountant. Your clinical records and imaging stay exactly where they are. Spitz reads what is happening across the clinic and puts the next action in front of you — it acts the moment you approve.
Illustrative example — not a live model response
One platform instead of five
Stop stitching together separate tools that never agree with each other.
Your dental & implant clinics cockpit, on day one
Click any screen to open the live admin — and switch business type any time.
Your whole dental & implant clinics business, on one system
Chair & clinician day book
A lane for every chair and every clinician. Drag an appointment to a new time or a different chair; if that would overlap an existing booking, the move is refused rather than double-booked.
Treatment quotes & acceptance
Send a staged quote with a price; the patient accepts, and that acceptance is kept against the case.
Patient balances
Deposits, staged payments and what is still owed, with ageing built in rather than bolted on.
Invoicing & payments
Invoices, deposits, staged payments and balances, without a separate billing tool.
Membership plans
Monthly plans that renew on their own, each period carrying its own visit allowance — and members can cancel from their own account.
VAT & accounting
Real double-entry accounting with VAT returns built in — invoices right through to the books.
Clinic dashboards
Revenue by treatment, top patients and receivables ageing on the practice dashboard from day one, instead of a month-end spreadsheet.
Built for how dental & implant clinics actually work
No idea which treatments actually bring the money in?
Revenue by treatment and top patients sit on the practice dashboard from the first day, and the profitability report breaks the same numbers down by case, by patient, by treatment and by whatever period you choose. No month-end spreadsheet.
Money sitting in unpaid balances?
Ask Spitz which patient balances are overdue and it returns them with the age and the value — no month-end spreadsheet, no chasing the accountant for a number you needed on Tuesday.
No-shows quietly costing you chair time?
Every appointment ends in a recorded outcome — attended, cancelled, no-show. A no-show is a real status change, not a note: it releases the chair and stays reportable, so the pattern is visible instead of anecdotal.
Revenue riding on a handful of patients?
Top-patient and revenue-by-treatment views show the concentration plainly, so you learn that ten people are 38% of the year before it becomes a problem rather than after.

How Spitz AI runs your day
Spitz drafts, flags and chases across your whole business — and acts the moment you approve.
Finds the money owed
“Which patient balances are overdue?” — Spitz returns them with the age and the value, so nothing sits uncollected for a month.
Shows where the revenue is
Breaks revenue down by treatment and by patient, so pricing decisions rest on actuals rather than instinct.
Watches the ageing
Receivables ageing sits on the clinic dashboard by default, so a balance drifting past 60 days is visible without asking for a report.
Drafts the patient quote
Pulls the treatment stages and materials into a clear quote for the patient to accept before work begins.

Questions dental & implant clinics ask
Does PeakSpitz replace DentalWin?
It replaces the business layer around it. DentalWin is a capable practice-management system, and clinics that rely on its clinical side keep it. PeakSpitz takes on scheduling, patient balances, treatment acceptance, invoicing, VAT and the books — the parts most clinics currently run on spreadsheets.
What about our imaging and clinical software?
It stays exactly where it is, untouched. PeakSpitz does not read, store or interpret radiographs or scans, and makes no clinical judgement of any kind. It runs the business side of the clinic.
Can PeakSpitz hold patient records with medical information?
Not under the standard subscription — that covers the business side of the clinic only, and its terms do not permit clinical or health data to be entered into it. Handling medical records is available only as a separate layer, on a dedicated hardened deployment under its own signed agreement and at additional cost, so talk to us first if that is what your clinic needs.
What does it cost?
A flat €99 per month ex-VAT, with unlimited users and every AI capability included — there is no per-seat licence and no feature tiers. The only usage-based item is AI compute, at roughly €0.05 per average use case, and you start with a €10 onboarding pack of about 200 use cases.
Does it stop chairs being double-booked?
Yes. Each chair carries its own capacity, and a booking is held against a specific chair inside a single transaction — so if that chair is already taken for an overlapping window, the booking is refused rather than double-booked. The same check applies when you drag an appointment to a new time or a different chair.
Can we see which treatments and patients bring in the most?
Yes. Revenue by treatment and top patients are on the practice dashboard from the first day, and a profitability report breaks the numbers down by case, by patient, by treatment and by the period you choose. Margin figures depend on your per-treatment costs being loaded first — until they are, these views show revenue rather than margin.
Does it send appointment reminders or handle recall?
No — and we would rather say so than let you find out later. There is no automated reminder or recall engine in PeakSpitz today: no message goes out to a patient before an appointment, and there is no six-month recall list that chases itself. Clinics using PeakSpitz keep running recall the way they run it now. What PeakSpitz does give you is the scheduling, the balances and the numbers around those visits.
Can patients book online?
Yes, a patient can request and book a treatment from your storefront and pick a time. Two things worth knowing up front: the times offered are a standard weekday grid rather than a live view of your diary, so a patient can pick a slot you would not have offered; and the booking is then held against a real chair in a single transaction, so if that chair is already taken the booking is refused rather than quietly double-booked.
What can patients do in their own account?
Patients sign in with a one-time code sent to their email — no password to forget. Inside, they can see their treatment history and its status, review and accept a treatment estimate you have sent them, download their invoices, and keep their own contact and address details up to date. They cannot reschedule, cancel or pay a balance themselves — those stay with your front desk.
Can we run a monthly membership plan?
Yes. A plan renews on its own, each period carries its own visit allowance, and the revenue is recognised across the period rather than booked up front. Members can cancel from their own account, effective at the end of the period they have already paid for.
Does Spitz do anything without us?
No. Spitz proposes — a list to review, a draft quote, a figure to check — and acts the moment you approve. Nothing reaches a patient without a person saying yes.
Where is our data hosted, and can we get it out?
In the EU, in a dedicated database per practice — no shared tables — GDPR-ready, with an audit trail on every change. Your data stays yours: a complete export of every record, as CSV plus a structured JSON archive, is available on request, and the first one is always free under GDPR Article 20. No exit fee, no lock-in clause.
Dental & Implant Clinics glossary
- Chair
- A treatment space booked per appointment; each chair carries its own capacity, and a booking that would overlap an existing one on the same chair is refused rather than double-booked.
- Treatment acceptance
- Whether a patient agreed to a quoted plan; tracked against the case so accepted-but-unstarted work is visible.
- Revenue by treatment
- What each kind of treatment brought in over a period; one of the practice dashboards a dental clinic gets by default, alongside top patients and receivables ageing.
- No-show
- A booked appointment the patient did not attend; a real status change on the appointment that releases the chair and stays reportable, so the pattern is visible rather than anecdotal.
- Staged treatment plan
- A course of treatment quoted and delivered across several visits, with the patient accepting the price before work begins.
- Receivables ageing
- Outstanding patient balances grouped by how long they have been owed, so a balance drifting past 60 days is visible without asking for a report.
