Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: 19 June 2026
1. OVERVIEW
This page explains how you can request the deletion of personal data that Aradyne Limited (“Aradyne”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under registration number HE 486706, holds about you in connection with the PeakSpitz platform (the “Service”). It supplements, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy (in particular Section 9, Data Retention, and Section 11, Your Rights) and our Data Processing Addendum.
You may exercise this right free of charge. We will not discriminate against you for making a deletion request.
2. IF YOU SIGNED IN WITH A THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNT (FACEBOOK, GOOGLE, ETC.)
If you accessed or registered for the Service using a third-party login such as Facebook Login or Google Sign-In, the only personal data we receive from that provider is the limited profile information you authorised — typically your name, email address, and a provider-specific user identifier. We do not receive your third-party password, and we do not post to your social accounts.
To have this data deleted, you can either:
(a) Remove the PeakSpitz application from your third-party account (for Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → PeakSpitz → Remove), which signals us to delete the profile data obtained through that login; or
(b) Send us a deletion request directly, as described in Section 4 below. This is the most reliable method and the one we recommend.
3. WHO CONTROLS YOUR DATA
3.1 Data you provided to Aradyne directly. Where you created an account, subscribed to the Service, contacted us, or visited our website, Aradyne is the data controller and will action your deletion request as set out below.
3.2 Data processed on behalf of a business customer. If your personal data appears in the Service because a business that uses PeakSpitz (a “Subscriber”) entered it — for example, you are that business’s customer, supplier, or contact — then the Subscriber is the data controller and Aradyne acts only as a data processor on their behalf. In that case, please direct your request to that business. If you contact us, we will forward your request to the relevant Subscriber and assist them in fulfilling it, but the deletion decision rests with the Subscriber under our Data Processing Addendum.
4. HOW TO REQUEST DELETION
Send an email to legal@aradyneltd.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:
(i) the email address or account identifier associated with your data;
(ii) if you used a third-party login, which provider you used (e.g. Facebook, Google); and
(iii) enough detail for us to locate your records.
To protect your data, we may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting on a request.
5. TIMING AND WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
We will acknowledge your request without undue delay and, in any event, within thirty (30) days of receipt. Where a request is complex or numerous, we may extend this period by a further sixty (60) days and will inform you of any such extension and the reasons for it.
Once your identity is confirmed and any applicable retention obligations have lapsed, we will delete or irreversibly anonymise the personal data we hold about you. We will confirm completion to you by email.
6. WHAT WE MAY RETAIN
We may retain a limited subset of data where, and for as long as, we are required or permitted to do so by law — for example, to comply with tax, accounting, or other statutory record-keeping obligations, to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, or to enforce our agreements. Any data retained for these purposes is restricted to what is strictly necessary and is deleted once the relevant obligation expires. Account and registration data is otherwise deleted within thirty (30) days following termination, extendable to sixty (60) days on request, in line with Section 9.3 of our Subscription Terms of Service.
7. YOUR RIGHTS AND CONTACT
The right to deletion (the “right to erasure” or “right to be forgotten”) is provided under Article 17 of the GDPR and equivalent provisions of other applicable privacy laws. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Cyprus, the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
